Whichever option you and Dr. Haykani choose, your treatment fee is quoted at the consultation, before you decide. If your treatment needs more time, it is included. Emergency visits are included. Your initial retainers are included. Insurance is verified and maximized, and 0% financing runs through treatment.

  • Your free consultation includes X-rays and digital scans. Dr. Haykani evaluates your alignment, bite, and growth, then explains which options are appropriate for your case and why. You leave with the recommendation, the timing, and the exact fee.

  • For many cases, yes. Aligners treat crowding, spacing, and a range of bite problems, but they depend on being worn 20 to 22 hours a day. Complex movements are sometimes faster and more predictable with fixed braces. Dr. Haykani will tell you honestly which is the better tool for your case.

  • Treatment time varies with the complexity of the case and the option you choose. Most patients in braces are in treatment for roughly 18 to 24 months. Aligner treatment depends on how much correction is needed and how consistently the aligners are worn. After evaluating your bite, Dr. Haykani can give you a personalized timeline.

  • Mild soreness for the first few days after placement or an adjustment is normal, and it usually settles within 48 hours. Soft foods help, and over-the-counter pain relief is effective when appropriate. Most patients adapt quickly.

  • Most foods, yes. Crunchy and sticky favorites are worth saving for after treatment, softer foods feel best in the first days after an adjustment, and brushing and flossing matter more than usual while you are in braces.

  • Invisalign treats many concerns, including crowding, spacing, and a variety of bite problems. Where braces or another approach would finish your case better, Dr. Haykani will tell you and explain why.

  • Contact SC Orthodontics as soon as possible. Teeth can begin to shift when a retainer is not being worn, so it is best to repair or replace it quickly. Depending on the type of retainer and the extent of the damage, we will determine the best next step.

  • Your treatment fee is quoted for your plan at the consultation, before you decide. It includes visits, adjustments, emergency care, and your first set of retainers. If treatment needs more time, that is included.
